Staybite Solutions is a Kenyan hospitality operations and property-performance company founded by a group of hospitality professionals, led by Francis Ekale as Co-Founder. The company was established with a shared vision to help property owners, investors and developers transform suitable residential and furnished properties into professionally operated, revenue-producing accommodation businesses.

How is Staybite different from a co-host?
A typical co-host answers messages and updates a calendar. Staybite is accountable for outcomes: how your property is priced, positioned, cleaned and maintained, and how much of its potential revenue is captured. We report on performance, not just activity.
Where does Staybite operate?
Nairobi, Naivasha, Nakuru and Mombasa / Diani, with Kisumu and Watamu / Malindi as future markets. We expand cluster by cluster so response time and quality hold up.
Does Staybite guarantee income?
No. We never promise unrealistic income. Earnings depend on location, seasonality and property type, and the free assessment gives you a realistic estimate.
How do you handle compliance?
We review the county, tourism, tax, safety, building, business and accommodation requirements that apply to your property before onboarding, and refer complex legal or tax matters to qualified Kenyan professionals.
