1How do I get paid?
Ticket revenue is settled to you after the event, minus the platform fee and any partner services, on the terms in your written agreement. Early payouts can be agreed for larger events.
2Who approves my event?
Our events team reviews every submission for safety, permits and venue consent before tickets go on sale.
3Can I use my own venue?
Yes, subject to a quick check of permits, capacity and parking.
4Do you handle QR check-in?
Yes. Every ticket carries a QR code, and our team or yours validates entry from a phone.
