When you start a form, we may ask whether you want to add your location. If you agree, your browser shares your approximate position once and we add a map link and your nearest Staybite town inside the WhatsApp message you choose to send. We do not track you and we do not store your location on this website. You can say no and everything still works. You can turn it off in your browser settings at any time.
YouTube videos
Videos on our site are played from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies when you press play. See Google's privacy policy for details.

If you choose to review us, you leave your review on Google under Google's terms. We only see what Google publishes.

1What we collect
Information you give us in forms (name, phone number, property, booking and event details), messages you send us, and basic technical data. Payments are processed through the payment provider you choose; we do not store card numbers.
2Why we use it
To respond to you, manage bookings, tickets, assessments and events, deliver services, meet legal duties and improve the site. We rely on your consent, contract and legitimate interests, as the Data Protection Act, 2019 allows.
3Who we share it with
Vetted partners who deliver your service (for example caterers or cleaners), payment and messaging providers, hosting and analytics providers, and authorities where required by law. Some providers process data outside Kenya.
4Cookies and local storage
We use essential storage so bookings, tickets and forms work. Analytics only runs if you accept. You can change your choice by clearing site data.
5How long we keep it
